[Resolved] ICICI Bank — ATM Partial amount dispatched | |||
Dear Sir, I am Arun Vijaybaskar, working as a Software engineer in Bangalore. I have salary account in ICICI Bank, New Bel Road branch, Bangalore and my account number is[protected]. In Dindigul Icici bank branch ATM on 25/08/2013 I tried to withdraw Rs 3900 from my account but Rs 900 has been dispatched from the ATM machine then I got a message from bank saying Rs 3900 has been deducted from my account. I went to Dindigul ICICI bank and filed compliant on 27/08/2013 The Bank executive told me that the amount will be reverted to my account in 7 working days but it didn't happened. Then I contact through ICICI mobile banking and asked the status of my complaint (Request) they replied that my request has been closed. Then I filed a new compliant on 11/09/2013 and asked the status on 13/09/2013 they replied that my request (Complaint) has been closed. Hence I am contacting you for further action and to get my money back. I am totally frustrated because of the response I received from ICICI Bank customer care and Mobile bank customer care executives. Please investigate and get it credited back to my ICICI S/B account ASAP.
