Dear Branch Head. I want to complaint against my last service request SR[protected]. I have done one ATM withdrawal transaction from Union Bank ATM using ICICI debit card on 3rd Oct2014. The transaction amount was INR 2000, but the machine dispensed me only INR 1600. ( 500 – 2 note, 100- 6 notes) My account shows deduction of INR 2000. I have called number of times to customer care for INR 400 refund but still I have not received. I will lodge a FIR complaint against this fraud which has happened to me. I was not expecting such fraud thing can happen with me. I would request you please take up this issue with higher authority. This behavior is not acceptable from ICICI bank.
