[Resolved] ICICI Bank — auto debit return fee levied despite of the payment made towards credit card | |||
I am using icici credit card since last 2 years and make manual payments at the end of each month before due date But this month i did manual payment when payment not auto debited. From my account on last due date. When i enquired about these charges bank said that i have auto debit facility opted on my account and due to insufficient funds charges in my linked savings bank account. sir please solve my issue as soon as possible.I got a confirmation message that money has been sucessfully transferred to [protected]@icici please see screenshot and please mail me regarding this issue or status about refund process to my e-mail- [protected]@gmail.com.
