[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Balance deducted, not refund after many complaint | |||
On 18/1/16 i am transact Rs. 1400 from icici debit card vide transaction No.[protected]/0 to paytm wallet, but not successful but amount debited from account . In this regarding complaint to paytm customer care, but they are said to me amount refunded. But not found in my account. So i am calling to icici bank customer care rajasthan No.[protected] many times but no positive response. on 21/1/16 calling to [protected] to customer care and after 14 min holding talk to customer executive, he tell me refund given to me within 24 hrs, but till time not received. he also tell me you can receive service no./ complaint no. but till time no SMS received. it is clear that your executive very irresponsible of their work. On 23 rd Jan again call to customer care of icici bank, attend executive, he verify all details and told me for holding after 6 min holding he cut off his side, and then I try to talk customer care 5-6 times but nobody attend my call. Then in this regarding email a complaint on line grievance cell, but till date not given any complaint No. not any call or email me, no response. It is clear that very poor customer as grievance service of icici bank, if you further delay to solve my Problem I filled higher authority complaint.
