ICICI Bank — Bank asking amount which was not swap from credit card account | |
Hello, I have bought an electronic item 22 Nov 2020 from Amazon which is 9 month EMI. amount is 37500/- via ICICI bank credit amount. on the same 22 Nov 2020 bank debited 1st EMI amount from the i have paid to bank for the older transaction. and this should not happen as per my understanding. That online item i have returned to seller and account credited amount 37500/- to credit card account. Also i have requested the customer to stop EMI hence, but my question to bank why they debited amount from my transaction as 1 EMI. In credit card that amount still showing outstanding. 4420/- which is surprise for me and shocking. this is really pathetic service i was served from bank. I was shocked when the customer care asked me to pay this amount and next bill cycles bank will credit 4420/- amount. but my question is why I'm give that amount which is not swap by me. only for there adjustment they asked me to pay to credit card account.
