[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Bank deducted fuel surcharges on card transaction

I have come across this ridiculous reponse from icici customer care executive when i complained about extra charge deducted on a transaction done in a fuel filling station. Icici will charge surcharge on card trabsation done in fuel filling stations. When govt and banks are encouraging citizens to go digital, icici wanted us to do it in old way so that they can loot the customers (Charges on more than 4 times atm cash withdrawals). This is absolute nonsense. Thinking of changing my salary account to some other bank which provides good service.

date 2/6/2017 i want to transfer 3000 rs in union bank a/c [protected] name dhananjay singh of branch kataria nashirpur dist. ghazipur(up).but by mistake it should be transfered in a/c[protected]
