I have placed a request to close my account for closure of the demat account on 07/03/2015 but due to utter negligence on your part the demat account was not closed then. Since the account was not closed on 07/03/2015, demat charges ofRs 570 got deducted on 31/07/2015. I had re-applied for closure of my demat account on 02/05/2016 and the account was closed on 03/05/2016.Why was the demat account not closed on 07/03/2015? Why were the demat charges deducted on 31/07/2015? Since this is sheer negligence on your part, the demat charges of Rs 570 should be reversed to my savings bank account without any further delay. I have the receipt of both the first and the second closure.
