[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Being charged twice for one purchase | |||
Reference no D3CC/P/76770/24753/4477XXXXXXXX4008 This is with reference to my father's credit card - Bigbazaar ICICI cobranded. He had made a purchase at BB, Mulund & used this card for the payment. I dont know what had happened at the time of payment but he was charged twice for one transaction/purchase. At the time of settling credit card bill, my father paid for the actual transaction and raised a complaint for extra transaction. Till now the complaint is unresolved and we keep getting payment/recovery reminders. Request you to look into my concern and resolve it at the earliest. Tarun Was this information helpful? | |||
