[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Billed for unsuccessful transactions | |||
Hi, I am launching a complaint against ICICI bank yet Again. On 5/5/14(U.S Time), I had attempted to recharge my STRAIGHT TALK network from the U.S, a transaction of 65$ in total. The First, Second, and other subsequent attempts were all a failure. To my dismay, I have been billed(or my account has been debited) for the unsuccessful transactions. I have been charged an astonishing Rs.8247.62. Just to clarify, I had talked to the customer service of Straight Talk, and they said that I have not been billed for any transactions.
