[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Calling friends, family and colleagues when settlement talks failed! | |||||
These folks are nuts. For a petty amount of 30k, they are calling all my friends, family and colleagues to push me to pay more than a lac for settlement! They first created issues on credit cards and when they couldn't resolve basic issues, I was constrained to report to Banking Ombudsman and their escalation chain. They started calling and abusing us despite filing a complaint at local police station. Now when I have declined to talk out of court, they are doing another criminal act of stealing sensitive personal information and calling unrelated people and forcing me and my family to resign from work. Please suggest a way to deal with these elements as reporting to police has been ineffective when they call from several different numbers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
