[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cancellation of one assist service

I am kalyani sable an icici debit card holder and the icici people have activated this one assist membership by saying me that they are not going to activate it rather they are going to keep it on hold. I came to know about it when i received a message of 1899 due amount. And i am not interested in any of these things. So i want you to cancel this and refund me the amount also. I was make recharge with jio and during this choosed upi option and when i complete my transaction from me and amount has been debited but the amount was not reached to the operator so they did not give me benifit then i complain the issue to the bank but there were not refund by the bank so please help me.
