[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Card charges and worst service. | |||||
I am not sure if you are able to read this or even if your personal assistant is reading this, i am looking to tell you that your team is worst service provider (Except for sbi, they always top this chart in terms of any customer service). Your sales team lies to your customers and sell them cards with wrong commitments. And when customers complain about it, even your management tries to save them instead of ensuring to implement standards for a good customer service which has integrity and honesty as the foundation of it. I was sold a carol debit card with false commitment by your team and i am urging you to take some steps to ensure that it doesn't happen with anyone else. Your team has asked me to send an email or call back tomorrow after spending 9 mins in queue and 21 mins with advisor's when i asked for manager advisor's advised me he unable to tranfer call. Total call charges i have spend over the call 32 rs, i am not looking to spend my money in any form on their deeds. I called up to the cust care to explain the problems of mine i have faced, finally i found 82 calls in queue (Best part is this is how they earned money from us even you called any day you will find your self in long queue try once and you paying for that queue). So if i stand in the queue i will be paying more than 100 bucks to cust care people, why should i pay for my own money or pathetic service. I am including the banking ombudsman team in this so that they can also see what's being done by your credit card team. I hope at least they do something about it. I will stop banking with you guys day by day you finding way to fraud with customer... I will close my account soon. No more business with fraud bankers Was this information helpful? | |||||

Nov 21, 2016 Jai Parkash Verma's response 50$ amount deducted from my account from empower.com. This fraud company says customers to earn from internet and make paypal account for payment My account in empower shows 475$. In place of paying me through paypal they withdraw 50 $ from may ICICI saving account. This is a fraud. I have received a message that 50 dollors has been withdrawal illegally from my account from Paypal. I did not made any purchase of goods or services from that company.
