ICICI Bank — card grid locked

I needed to urgently transfer to HDFC account Rs 7, 500/-.But unfortunately my card got grid locked after 3 attempts even after typing the right digits.

Tried to call the customer service supposed to be 24 hrs but unfortunately same automated response from customer care .which is of no use.

I am a NRI at present in india.
What is the use of having an bank account, which is unable to transfer online urgently.
There is no customer support. I have decided to close my account, if my problem is not soughted out urgently.

Updated by Shaileshniresh Till date no one ICICI Bank had contacted.Today also i had the same problem and was unable to connect with customer service.

I had no other option but to close all my ICICI account today due to bad customer service.
