[Resolved] ICICI Bank — card protection policy | |||||
My credit card was debited by rs. 1399 under the activation of oneassist which i neither requested nor i want it. When contacted, they are not ready to deactivate it upon requesting thrice through emails. Also the service requests i raise, they close it on the same day without any comments. I got a message that my cpp has cancelled and money will be refunded with 7 working days. But this month rs 100 has auto debited from my savings account.
