[Resolved] ICICI Bank — cashback amount not considered in current outstanding and late payment fees levied | |||
Hi, According to dec 20th to jan 19th 2018 statement of card ending 4012 i had outstanding of rs 5191. There was a cashback of rs 4000 on jan 24 and i paid rs1191 on feb 1st. Since cashback is credited i assumed the that rs 4000 is reduced from my outstanding balance and paid the rest amount. But customer care people are saying that that cashback will be considered only in next month billing cycle and full payment has to be made and levied late payment fees. This is highly unethical. I request you to consider this and revoke late payment fees as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
