Dear sir, I am bharat zende I have received icici bank one coral credit card, no.[protected] payback a/c no.[protected] but my mobile number was wrongly link by bank no.[protected]. My actual mobile no. Is [protected] so please register my actual mobile no.[protected]. Because i have no transaction made for card. And so i have no receive pin. About 3 weeks before I have applied for credit card.Till not received.I have received the meseges like The credit card has been sent via Blu dart courier. But after that aroound 1 day have passed. message shown consignee not available but not a single call. then call to customer care then told address not proper so that talk to bank.
I m using my credit card however my out standing amount is 0 n still bank has charged penalty on my card. Whenever bank has issued me card that time there was no yearly charged that was wrong commitment from the bank employee. I will not pay any charges at all.
