[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Cheque not received, bad service. | |||
I am really frustrated with your icici banking service. I have deposited a foreign cheque in my account (before deposting i have asked bank staff whether cheque would be valid since there is mis-match with the name and they told me it will not be a problem), due to name mis-match with the cheque and account name, i received sms saying that cheque is returned through a quadpro courier to alwal branch, i went to alwal branch twice to collect my cheque but bank staff including manager (vamshi), sales person (srikanth) and malathi (banking officer) told me that no courier has been delivered at this branch and i was told to go to my base branch in secunderabad when i went to my base branch to find out if my cheque is available there but unfortunately it was not there, so i went financial district branch since i have deposited the cheque there but even they do not have any cheque with them. In between i tried to speak customer care, but They gave a common answer to visit alwal branch. When i see online for status of courier it shows that it has been deliver to branch.
