Respected Srinivas n (Customer relationship manager) sir, Customer service desk Icici lombard gic ltd Regarding my wife claimed reimbursement against the policy no -4128i/ih/[protected]/00/000 from 29/01/21/2018 to 28/01/2019, if you have taken any policy and you are facing same issue, what are you doing, i am very simply says, kindly reimburse as soon as possible for purchase medicines for my wife. I have received a message from ax-icicil:- dear customer, the status of claim no[protected] is rejected. Please visit :- https://www.icicilombard.com/IL-Health-Care/Customer/Claim status to track claim status; Why my claim rejected, kindly clarify it, if you are not clarify, then i go to the grievance of icici and ombudsmen, then i could not got the claim then to go the court. I am further request to you kindly reimburse my claim amount, if you are reimburse, kindly return all the documents to go to the court for producing the documents against you.
