From Kapil arora and ritu sehgal S-146, first floor, Greater kailash-1 New delhi-110048 To, The manager, Icici bank, W - 57, greater kailash, part - i, New delhi, delhi 110048 21/07/2020 Dear sir/madam, I am holding a savings account in your bank for the past 1 and half years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 7670/- has been debited from my account on 18/07/2020 not executed by me. The transaction came to light when got the message on my app. My account details are: Name:kapil arora and ritu sehgal Account no:[protected] Type of account: savings Charges deducted : 7670/- I am enclosing a copy of my account’s balance status, which reflects the transaction number and other details of the non expected transaction from our home branch, we withdraw money from our account and no body in bank told us or informed us that if you withdraw money from your acoount charges would be deducted, i am not expecting this kind of services from your renowed bank, really very disappointed from your side and your staff. Please look into this deduction of 7670/- and credit my account at your earliest. Please contact me on my cell [protected] in case of anything. I highly appreciate and look forward to your help.
