ICICI Bank — Credit card-[protected] -Wrongly provide information regarding credit card. | |||
Dear All, I am Dadasaheb Tayade, credit card No.Credit card-[protected], I am very upset to inform you that for selling the credit card your sales man provide wrong information to customer. 1. Life time free of cost 2. 4% cash back on every transaction 3. one get one movie ticket free Etc... Above thing sales person commited to me but from condtion not fulfill. below mentioned wrong thing happen with me, which is unexpetable from ICICI Bank. 1. I got first Bill with Rs. 1000 processing free + service tax, after talking with customer care they have revers 50% processing fee.---But this is totaly free of cost after that I paid processing fee 2. I have booked online movie ticket on book my show ( first time) with the help of ICICI customer care at that time he was telling process I was followed the same. before payment conformation, ICICI Person told me to pay 2 ticket money and you get one ticket after 24 hrs in your account. till date I was not getting money in my account. After so many follow up I have got repliy from customer care money not refund.and they not have any record regarding my complaint, As per I understand Complaint not registered.
