ICICI Bank — credit card - application no.[protected]

Icici bank representative has came to my company nokia networks for a credit card drive and he promised me a coral credit for joining fees of 300rs although the mentioned joining fees for coral was 1000rs. I have explicitly told him i do not want the card if the joining fees is 1000rs, but he convinced me it will be waived off. I got my credit card and the statement last week. It was showing 1180 rs. (Including gst).

It was really unprofessional behavior. I called the representative and he promised me he will look into the issue and now he is not taking my call.

The representative who came to my company is sandeep, i have attached his id card. He told he has talked with icici bank bommanahalli branch manager mr. Viswanath reddy, and he will correct my statement.

Now the manager is also not responding. Icici bank, please tell me what to do? Telling lies to issue a card is very unprofessional behavior and i will not heed to this exploitation.
