[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card bill showing paid on portal still deduction not happened and now bank charged fine for late payment | |||
I have received credit card bill statement where bill date mentioned 26 July 19, so on 11 July 19, I transfer fund of 28000/- to ICICI account which reflects on net bank account through SBI (google pay) after receiving money in ICICI account I proceed for credit card bill payment on 17 July by net banking which shows payment completed of rupees 27999/-and same is showing me on my payment summary After revisiting to portal on 21 I seen all accounts summery there is still 28000 in my account and Bill payment is also shows that payment is completed due to this I visited my branch which is in Aundh where there are not listening to me and tell me about to pay 500/- fine if late payment which is non logical, hence I register this complaint Was this information helpful? | |||
