[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card

Hi applied for credit icici credit card and got confirmation message too... But till now i did not get my card. So please let me know what is the issue regarding card.. Shall i get the card or not. Even i have not received that card, the bank persons sent this month of statement,, how can i pay the amount with out having a card.. Pls give me status of that application
