[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit Card closed by Settlement - CIBIL Not Updated | |||
Sir I had one Credit Card : [protected] and closed the Card during AUGUST 2013 thru settlement. I have received the NO DUE letter also from the Bank. In May-2014, I checked my CIBIL status and shocked to see that the above Card is shown as OUTSTANDING for Rs.41000 plus. From May-2014, i keep on sending mails every week reqeusting them to check and update the CIBIL Status. I sent mails to higher officials also. Even after more than 45 days and 10+ emails, no reply received / no action taken. I plan to move to Consumer Court shortly. If any other alternative/s is/are there to close this issue, I request you to suggest. I have not faced any such issue with other Bank Credit Cards as several cards were closed thru settlement. Only with ICICI bank I am facing this issue. I dont know whether other people also face the same issue with this Bank. I welcome suggestions to close this issue.
