ICICI Bank — credit card false commitment of sales executive and extra charges

I got a call from sales executive from someone she told me you will get life time free card which is coral credit card. She asked me take card and i took card before 1 year and now icici applied some annual charges and interest against that charges so it became amount 5000 something and now asking me to settle with 1000 rs.
What is this?
If your sales executive doing commitment for lifetime fee then why they charged 500 and now asking for interest on annual service fee.

Annual service fee is fee applied by you, this is not something like i bought or i withdrawn amount.. How can you apply charges for annual service fee and its interest.

At least stick on commitment.. Icici is not small bank, bohot farak padta he..

Updated by prashant chittam just now i got a call from number [protected] and asking me about account balance and debit card details.
and said we will resolve your complaint. you have to pay 10rs. for it.

as well as got email from id : [protected]@gmail.com

he asked me my account balance.

please take care of this type of call..
