[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Credit Card Fraud ICICI credit Card

Hello,

There were two fraudulent transactions happened on my credit card on 22rd August. Below are the details.

22/08/2016 456 USD 326.81 SEARS ROEBUCK 1722 BLOOMINGTON US 55548076236708000059664 22, 812.41
22/08/2016 420 USD 301.07 SEARS ROEBUCK 1722 BLOOMINGTON US 55548076236708000059706 21, 015.67

Someone has hacked my card from US. I did not do this transaction. I was in India. I have raised a complaint to the Customer Disputes team. The request numbers are SR[protected] and SR[protected]. After investigating for almost 40 days, customer disputes team is saying that I have made this transaction. How they reached to this conclusion?

I have been saying if you need my passport I can provide it. Without doing any proper investigation, I have been asked to pay the amount. I cannot pay for your mistake. How the card was faked? Even the signature done by the fraud buyer is different from my signature. If merchant is not giving money back, I am not responsible for this. Its your mistake and you have to bear the burden of this. I have been an old customer of ICICI back and this type of response was highly unexpected. Customer care team is useless. They don't have any idea of this issue. They are just asking me the pay the amount.

Why should I pay for the transaction which I have not done. Please look into this matter and get back to me ASAP. I have sent so many emails to customer dispute team and they are not responding to me.
