[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card joining charges | |||
As per your statement I have seen the joining fees as well as service tax are reflecting in statment, but I had already informed to you through mail that your person told me cell no [protected] that no any charges will be charged for this new card regarding I was already emaild to your confirmation mail, please check hence kindly withdraw the all charges if not kindly closed the card because till I have not got the pin also. As you e-statement I have seen you have charged me joining fees for the new issue of new credit card, but I was already emailed to you if no charges will be charged than issue me, your representetive also not responding today when am calling on [protected], hence kindly withdraw the all joining charges which was included in may e-statement otherwise the same card is teated as cancelled I also not got the pin of new card only old card to be continue.
