ICICI Bank — Credit card no [protected]

/Madam, I bring this credit card against my salary Account. When I take it your bank Executive told me that your credit card free from all charges. And bank also gave you 1500000/(fifteen lack) accidentals insurance with salary account. But recently I received mail from your side that joining fees is pending and should be deposit in time. Please clarify this card is free from all charges or not. Please solve my problem and reply soon. And please clear it this card is free from all charges or not.Dipesh Mahendru

Recently received call from your team. I am shock to there suggestions that you please close your card. What a suggestion.???? I even told there bank executive name also who give me wrong information. But they suggest close the card. What a service of leading bank of India.
