ICICI Bank — Credit card payment reminders | |||
I have applied for ICICI bank credit card in Nov 2015. Due to some reasons, I was out of station and after that I shifted my home. So, Credit card was not delivered to me and was returned back. On 10th Jan 2016, I received mail that my credit card was blocked due to undelivered. But after that every month I am receiving payment reminder mails and monthly statements. I wanted to raise the complaint directly to ICICI bank but for that Account number is needed and that I don't have.
