Hi, I made a payment of rs 2225 for my icici credit card bill through internet banking from sbi online payment portal. The amount is deducted from my account but the transaction status in the icici site showing failed. I have done transaction about 10000 on 19 Feb 2018 at global hospital, due to some reasons it got cancelled but money has not been refunded into my account.please find the attachments and do the needful
