[Resolved] ICICI Bank — credit card refund not processed - 10 days due | |||||
Hi icici, My refund for cancelled order @ amazon is not processed back yet. I made the order #[protected]* on 13th may, 2018 and cancelled same day itself. I have used my icici credit card (43* * * *000) for the same. The refund amount from amazon is not credited back yet. I have contacted both the customer cares (Icici and amazon) multiple times. But it is not resolved yet. Amazon has shared the rrn [protected]. But icici guys are not able to locate it. What can i do to get the refund processed back to my credit card?
