I applied for icici bank credit card, After approval i got follwoing mail below from ICICI bank. Dear Customer, Greetings from ICICI Bank. We wish to inform you that Credit Card for your ICICI Bank Account XX0001 has been sent through Blue Dart Courier, AWB [protected] on 22-AUG-15. Now you can track your deliverable status at http://mobile.icicibank.com/iTrack.html Sincerely, Customer Service Team ICICI Bank Limited. This is an auto generated e-mail. Please do not reply. On 08/09/2015 when i cheched status through iTrack it was undelivered and returned to bank. when i called Blue dart customer care they told that consignee was not available that is why it was returned to bank. Whom they tried to deliver i dont know because i never got any call from blue dart regarding this. When i tried to contact icici bank customer care they asked for credit card number which u do not know. so plese try to get solve this problem ASAP, otherwise if any incident will happen from my credit card then who will be responsible for this.
