[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Credit card undelivered twice | |||
Hi All, I request you not to apply for ICICI credit card as they have very poor customer support service with regard to status of card delivery. On may 23rd 2014 i received a message that card will be dispatched through BLUE DART AWB [protected].On 30th May I received a message stating that card was undelivered/returned. I raised a request again to re-dispatch on 09th June, this time they messaged BLUE DART AWB [protected].Again on 19th June that card was undelivered/returned. Either BLUE DART is providing poor service to ICICI or ICICI negligence might be the reasons. Was this information helpful? | |||
