[Resolved]  ICICI Bank Credit Cards — Additional surcharges looting customers

I have been a loyal ICICI Customer since many years also using their Credit Cards. There already had many instances where I had to write complain on this forum. My card limit is 25K and I was told that I will be waived off all petrol surcharges hence I swiped my card for 25K on a petrol pump. Now I see that I have to pay back 26200/- because I am asked to pay the surcharges. It is totally unacceptable as I wont be happy paying 1200 rupees extra just for fueling my car. Do they really want us to use the card or it is just given to loot the customers. To add to that I had called up the customer support and they were not ready to help at all, on top of that the lady was talking to was very rude and was not ready to listen to me at all she hung up on me.
