I have made the all the pending payment towards my icici bank credit card ending with 8009 for rs 16700 thru net banking on 31.05.2019 but still its appearing in cibil as open inactive.

I have made the above full payment of rs 16700 post taking confirmation from credit mantra as pending amount is rs 16693 but i have made entire payment of rs 16700 but still its appearing in cibil as open inactive

Pleases clear the same

Based on the Credit mantra confirmation I have made the entire outstanding amount for my credit card for sum of Rs 16700 but still its appearing in CIBIL Mail copy attached which sent to Credit mantri and no response for the mail

ICICI Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
