Dear sir... My requirements are: 1. Reactivate my account as requested in the attached form 2. Update my contact details as per the address provided in the salary account six months bank statement attached. 3. Update my mobile number for otp as per the contact update form attached. References: 1. Service requests numbers: sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected], sr[protected] 2. Registered complaints through grievances cell in icici nri website – level 1 & 2 – neither acknowledged nor responded. 3. Chain of emails sent to [protected]@icicibanck.com and customer care phone call recording messages can be archived. 4. Attached documents: (12 files) A) request letter B) passport and qatar permit – id (2 files) C) contact update form D) activate dormant account request form E) company id and company contact (2 files) F) address proof – qatar local - doha bank six months bank statement and current statement of salary accounts, credit card latest statement with present address (3 files) G) all the dhl tracking records. (2 files) My below latest email to level-2 icici grievance and complaints registration can give a brief picture on my issue: It is very sad and pain on seeing the ugly behaviors of icici customer care representative and the supervisors. Yesterday and for the past one month whenever i talked to them i received promises which were not kept. Recording of my conversations are well evident to proof all the ugly behaviors icici. Even my complaints registered in grievances page of icici website also neither acknowledged nor addressed until now. Meantime i'm really surprised on listening that my problem not resolved due to my bank statements of 3 months not submitted. First i clarified many times by phone and as advised in earlier email i additionally submit the requested bank statement for address proof. Neither there is advise to have 3 months statement nor i see amy requirements for 3 months statement to update my contact details. Almost five service requests registered with 10 documents submitted... One month tracking on regular basis with irresponsible customer care team... Even on 10th oct 2017 around 10 to 10.30 pm 3 times kept hold on phone by rep finally failed to get supervisor online... Promised to call back... I too booked call back... All on vain. With this icici deaf and dumb customer service.... I need immediate interference from management on my requests.. Finally... Until now neither my issues resolved nor responded...
