ICICI Bank — De-pledge not done on time | |||
The bank official at CP brach has taken request for de-pledging on Mar 27, 2017 however due to delay by bank in closing the pledge I have been fined for interest by bank and officals are playing blame game on one another in dept. I want stick action against back and want to sue them for suitable compensation. this the mail written to bank officials includiung Service heads -bank & quality, RBI Dear Saurabh, First I asked you to copy mail to back-end and LAS RM which again you didn't and once again showed unprofessionalism in spite of given enough time to rectify the mistake. Second, Never did you provided the update proactively, It was always me pushing you for update on which you responded as when you feel comfortable. Third, your BM has also witnessed the lie on my recent visit to Branch and I'm wondering what BM has done . Fourth, where is your TL or other supervisor in the loop. Dear ICICI Service Head Team, This is a pathetic service example set by a branch in the heart of Capital. The ICICI bank has failed to close and work on my timely instructions given to de-pledge my shares and blame game started from branch to back-end team and so forth. Due to inaction by ICICI bank and superior at bank I have been at financial loss and leading me to mental tension which í'm raising with suitable authorities. Further I want to inform ICICI Bank that my de-pledge be done immediately. Dear ICICI Demat Service Head Team, As mentioned above I need the depldge to be done immediately as its ICICI Bank Fault. Dear RBI, NSE Team, I want to register this as a written complaint against ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities for non-compliance of process as it has lead me to financial loss and mental agony with time waste to chase bank officers. I request RBI and NSE, BSE to initiate stick action against ICICI Bank and ICICI Securities for failing to resolve the issue in timely and effective manner. I'm now looking for a suitable compensation from bank due to failure of adhering to norms laid by respected banking and securities act (RBI and SEBI), I'm also locking on-line complaint. Also I need assistance from RBI and NSE/BSE team to sue them for making life hell of bank customer . Highly irated by Bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
