ICICI Bank — debit card related | |||
Dear team, My card was lost at 25 feb and same day i give request for new card. They charge 499 for this and till now i not receive any card . While they sent me pin number but when enquiry for card then they told they can't do anything .Also i track my courier via tracking number but at website showing no landmark 3march, then at 6 march i update the address at courier company websites ( blue dart ) given all details.i called to icici bank at 9 march they told wait for 10 working days, if card return to us then they will do something, i request them to give my correct address to Blue dart but they refused . Now i have question that when in EMI they cut in sat-sunday also then why when customer service area they told that we do only working days mon-friday only . JI given complain to ICICI bank, present this is at STEP-3, i give ruppess to icici bank for lost of card, then i follow up, then no result, no response for complaint, why customer bear all problem .Bank has no active role in this, call centre and bank can't do anything then why they are there ? My all finacial activity are stuck due to card not comes, no Internet transition Need your team help in this matter . Was this information helpful? | |||
