[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Debit card renewal

My icici debit card number is [protected]. My account was created in bengaluru in year 2007.
I have shifted from bengaluru to mumbai. My card is due to expire by june 2017.in may 2017 went to veera desai branch, andheri west mumbai. They said that bengaluru branch has to issue the card.
I got a call from a personnel from bengaluru branch from phone number[protected] on 21 june 5.45 p. M. I told the gentleman that my address has changed. So please deliver my renewed card to veera desai branch, andheri west mumbai (As advised by lady in the bank). He noted my address. Then i kept getting phone calls from courier persons about delivery of debit card at infosys address. I kept telling them about change of address. But nothing happened.

I don't know how to get my renewed card at veera desai road branch. Please help me.

Updated by GRaviShankar I haven't got any response from ICICI bank. I request ICICI bank to send renewed debit card to my permanent residence. I don't want to share my permanent address here as it is public forum. Only problem is my parents will be receiving the card. Please let me know if I can update my correspondence address. It would have been better if ICICI can send my card ICICI bank, Veera Desai Road Branch, Andheri West, Mumbai or any branch in Mumbai. I will collect my card showing my identity.
