ICICI Bank — Deduction of amount under transaction remarks ATMDEC CHG | |||
Amount of 28.5 Rs has been deducted from my bank account in the name of Decline of transaction at other bank ATMs or point of sale (POS) due to insufficient balance in the account. I called customer care on Maharashtra: [protected] on 10 Jun-2015 regarding the issue. The customer care representative couldn't give me the explanation why I am being charged after 11 days, instead told me that this is system generated deduction. He told me that he would transfer a call to his senior but he cut the call. Why the amount had not been deducted after so long when the customer wouldn't even remember whether he had made a wrong transaction or not. When I tried to call the customer care again, my call was declined as I had crossed my maximum attempts for a day which was only one. This is a loot from ICICI. following are my account and transaction details.
