[Resolved] ICICI Bank — deduction of mab charges without notifying | |||||
I wanted to open an account in icici bank as it's services were good. So when i went to bank, one of executive told for opening account you need to have your parents accounts in the same branch and even the executive convinced me to open my mom account. So i opened 2 account. I was using my account regularly and my mom account rarely. Later after few months when i visit bank to enter passbook. There i come to know that icici bank has debited around 4000 from my account as mab charges. When i asked the bank people to credit back the amount, they replied in a rude way and told it's not possible. I request you to kindly reverse back the charges debited from my account that to without notifying. May 13, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved After speaking hours, I just got half the money back. Rest was taken by ICICI Bank which around 2k . People usually keep money in bank for safety, but keeping money in ICICI Bank is a heavy risk, you never know when the bank has deduction money from your account without even notifying.
