ICICI Bank — deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected] renewal

Two days ago my account showed deduction of rupees 1899 for wpp sr[protected]renewal. But i have never enrolled for such a plan. As a student who stays away from home, this is big amount. So please help me get back my money as soon as possible. Amount deductions without our consent is not reasonable. Please cancel the policy as i don’t need it and i never used it. Please try to clear this request asap.

I checked my account today and saw that the amount of rupees 1899 was deducted (it says PPL/WPP - renewal of policy) without any notice. I have not enrolled in any such policy or scheme. This is not usual and I have not received any pre-notification for that too. Kindly help me get the amount credited back to my account.

ICICI bank doing same thing for last 10 years in my account - Called customer service and even contacted ICICI bank branch and requested to cancel any policy renewal, which still they didn't cancel it. Deducted Rs.1899 again for policy renewal. I never enrolled to any policy.

I never enrolled any policy. Rs.1899 (PPL/WPP_SR[protected]_Renewal of Policy) is deducted every year for around 10 years from my account. I requested to cancel it and I also went to my local branch and gave a letter to cancel it. Still it's been deducted, I really frustrated and disappointed with this bank activity.
