[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deduction of smab charges from bank account | |||||
ICICI Team, Please help to resolve the problem of SMAB Chgs being deducted from the accounts of your loyal customers. It's so irritating that a brand like yours is losing it's market value due to such issues. My account number[protected]which being a salary account is a zero balance account) has been debited multiple times in the current financial year[protected] multiple times. My account has been debited by Rs. 3047.79 without any intimation to me. There has been no email, no message, no postal information as regards to any changes in the bank policies and the charges have been debited without any intimation.
