ICICI Bank — Deduction of smab charges twice in same month

Dear icici bank

I am an account holder of icici bank. When i checked my balance through net banking i saw a charge of rupees of rs. 681.63/- in the name of smab chgs may17+stax88.91 dated on 28/06/2017. When i checked the whole month statement there was one more same deduction on 07/06/2017 for same may 2017 month of amount rs 145.53. Please let me know what are these hefty charges are charged for from middle class men. The sum of rs 727 /- matters lot for middle class like me. I am attaching the screenshot for reference. I request you to please refund the same amount to my a/c.
