[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Deep discount bond

I had submitted original deep discount bond no 106718, along with death certificate by registered post on 10/11/2010 to secretary icici mumbai, of rama gupta who died on[protected], for the transfer the same in my name
nothing has been done so far in spite of repeated effort of myself
pl look into the matter and get the same done at the earliest.
