Hi, Date of the incident: 29-nov-2019 Description: I have purchased icici fastag on 29-nov-2019 paying 505 rs and is active on 30-nov-2019 with customer id[protected] and fastag number[protected]. I have not received fastag yet and i have been calling customer care many times but never got connected and once i got connected and waited for 30 min but still auto messages were coming to wait and finally i cannot speak with customer care.
