ICICI Bank — Direct tax payment not reflected in form 26as | |||||
Dear sir/madam I have paid direct tax through icici bank internet banking on 28/09/2016 of amount rs 5007/- but till today it is not yet reflected in my net banking website page, (Under tax centre- view e-challan). I have obtained the challan id from customer care help after few days. I got mail from income tax dept that my payment is not received, Also note that this payment is also not yet reflected in income tax website (Form 26as) any of fys. I have used all web browsers like ie, chorme, fireffox, etc and even in android for icici bank website where all other previous challans are available but this particular challan is missing.
