[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Disputed amount. | |||||
It's been 2 years my card was used online in brazil from a hacker and ICICI bank customer care guys said they would take care of it. I have sent mail to ICICI bank several times and every time i get a call from different person and i had to send datails again and again. I am fed up with these things and left as it is. and now they are telling I have to pay settlement amount!! I had cleared the last swiped bill from my side and why should i pay disputed amount? And once customer care guy was telling, It would affect my CIBIL rate if i don't pay settlement amount. Please let me know what shall i do now? Was this information helpful? | |||||
