Could you please let me know why have you deducted 757.17 rs from my account citing "DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-18"? THis deduction has been processed on 28-Aug-18 and I have also attached snip along with this complaint. Expecting a quick reply from the concerned team asap. I received a sms Yesterday that my One Assist Plan activated and debited Rs. 1899 automatically from my account without any information From Icici Bank .Please deactivate this plan and return my money as soon as possible
