[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Ecs charges charged in covid 19 situation | |||
Dear team Our query is that i have contact with branch. But no positive response from your team. In my bank account - ecs charges has been charged multiple times. It is because of bajaj finance who represents it but bank should not charge its multiple times. As i am facing difficulty of financial condition in this covd 19. As my salary is not credited at correct time. I know its my fault but i am old customer of your bank. Please refund this time the ecs charges amount and it will not repeat again. Please do the needful as soon as possible. I am marking you mail. I hope you understand the situation otherwise i have to go with rbi.
